Regex expression to validate for dollar amount -

I am trying to validate dollar amount, I need help in regular expressions

Something more than equal to 0.1 For example,

• 0.0 - unsuccessful
• 0 - unsuccessful
• 1 - pass
• 0.1 - Pass
• 99 99 - Near
