Different types of software requirements specification standards -

So I am doing a research project and I want to find different types of standards for software development in SRS documents Having said. . Now I know one of them is IEEE standard which is universally used but there is more? I searched but I think all the IEEE standards were found in different forms, but did not find a different standard.

Does anyone else know about these standards? Any help would be appreciated.

You definitely RUP , they have lots of templates and extensive Additionally, check templates like volere which are used extensively. You can also include agile methods like XP or Scrum , but they do not use much documentation, sometimes there is no documentation.

T is sure to know that it fits here, but check CMMI standard instead of "How many Well "things are doing, instead it is more oriented.
