Is there a way to determine that there are two differences between two versions of the file, of the same or different changelists? If not, will it be a good practice to mention the changelist numbers in the comment when made in the change?
I'm not sure what you are asking, but the visual client has a file There is a time-lapse scene that will tell you which modifications have begun a special transformation, and if you need it again along with that revision, then find the previous changes.
