powershell - Download .collabdiff file from Code Collaborator -

I want to be able to download patch related to change lists in code collaborator using the Windows Command Line. These files which you click on if you get the web GUI to external Diff have an extension ".collabdiff", and actually zipped archives in which "are already" and the folder "after each file" I I intend to use it to merge in three ways using the subdivision merge.

My first method was to use code associate command line utility, e.g.

 I Has tried to modify the code, in which query string and baseadder properties are modified separately, and it is called . Download file ('/ extranlight, ...)  but there is no change in error.  
 Any suggestions on how I can download these files?
