I want to stream encrypted video (with audio) from one computer to another on one computer with one server on the Internet The program will be written in C ++ and to be cross-platform to display the encrypted video between forwarding the video; There will be other functions of this program, so I can not currently use existing programs to stream video from the webcam, the program must run on Linux. I can use a program already available or write my own in C ++. Try VLC + encrypted VPN. This is a stable crossplatform solution.
