I am working on a mobile app, where a buyer can purchase many vendor products through the purchase of a credit card. need to buy. Basically I need PayPal API to transfer money to the receiver's PayPal account with the information from the buyer's credit card. I know that there is a MassPay API, but it uses the API signature of the account, and I have the credit card information of the buyer and from there I want to pay to many vendors. Paypal documentation is not perfect, confusing and cheap, and I'm stuck. Please help me, and provide me the exact way, not just the Paypal documentation link, if you have anything for me I stucked ..: (
