Empty area appears at the bottom of page on chrome -

I have a problem on my website. If I open my website with the HTTPS protocol, then at the bottom of the Chrome page one Shows the empty area.

You can reproduce this step if you follow these steps:

  1. Tab using the latest Chrome version on the new seperate open tab.
  2. Go to ignore it will show a message that the certificate is invalid.
  3. The unused area should be displayed at the bottom of the page.

Why does Chrome show this blank area on my page? If I change the size of the window then it will disappear. I also tried to disable all the plugins, but it does not help
