html - how can i vertically align an element with twitter bootstrap? -

I know this question has been asked for a long time but none of the solution is working for me. Inside a division I want to align a label that is linked to the Twitter-Bootstrap class. But this coalition is not being done. I have tried horizontal alignment with this and it was working fine. It was working fine without bootstrap but stopped working with bootstrap. Any idea how this will work?
