windows - I want to make a folder where users can drop files but not delete them -

I am working on a shared folder in Windows 7. I think others should be able to leave files in this folder, but not deleted files Is it possible or is it all or nothing?

Yes, you can do this. Right-click the folder, click Properties, then click the Security tab. Click Advanced, change permissions, select the user / group that you want to change, then edit.
