Copy huge data from Netezza to Teradata -

We are planning to copy heavy data from Netza to teradata (250 billion rows / 5 TB). What is the best way to copy this data?

Use an external table to create flatfiles in the netaaza.

Then use the teradata multiload or teratata fastloadload to load the file.
