css3 - What is the CSS order for a field being hovered and focused -


When my focus is on and what happens to my color 

  Input: Hover { Red color; } Input: Focus {color: blue; }   
 
 
 They are probably in the same stylesheet and have only one specificity (one Pseudo squared and one element), so in the waterfall order only the remaining step order is specified. This means that if it is done and concentrated it will be blue.
