MySql LIKE '%keyword%' wildcards on starting & ending - work around to use index -


If the wildcard is both on start and end, the MySQL index does not use.

Do all the work around this query so that it uses index: 

  from the SELECT * company where '% ad%'    
 
 
 Use full text search for such things:
