Hi I created a Google Chrome application shortcut for a URL (in Windows 8) as described in the heading below Create a shortcut for other apps I've stored the shortcut on the desktop.

I want a way to open a specific application shortcut when Windows 8 starts, and I'm thinking that someone knows a way to do this?
