neo4j - Autoconfigure existing HA nodes when adding new HA node -

I have a HA Neo4j cluster of 3 server nodes. I want to understand the best way to add an additional server node to the cluster. Based on your current knowledge:

1. Create a new AAR Server node based on the image of the current node
2. Edit the configuration file of the new server node
3. Configure the files of each existing server node
4. To start a new system, restart all the server nodes at one time
