html - Cannot change horizontal rule color on hover -

I am able to change the background and font-color of my noord list on the hover.

However, I can not find my horizontal rule to convert to one color.

I am trying to get the same style on thewhitecompany.com

  li {width: 250px; Minimum-height: 300px; Display: -Moz-inline-stack; Display: Inline-block; Vertical-row: middle; Margins: 20px; Zoom: 1; * Display: Inline; _height: 250px; Cursor: indicator; O-transition: .5s; MS-Infection: .5s; -moz-transition: .5s; -webkit-transition: .5s; / * ... and now * for proper asset / transition: .5s; } Li: Hover {background-color: # 746262; Color: #ffffff; } Li p {font-size: 14px; } LiH2 {font-size: 16px; Text-transform: uppercase; Letter-spacing: 2px; Margin-down: 2px; } & Lt; Div style = "text-align: center; vertical-align: center;" & Gt; & Lt; Li & gt; & Lt; Img src = "http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3623/3279671785_d1f2e665b6_s.jpg" alt = "lobster" width = "100%" height = "160" /> & Lt; Div style = "padding: 5px;" & Gt; & Lt; H2 & gt; Product & lt; / H2 & gt; & Lt; Hour width = "80%" /> & Lt; P & gt; Rose Edington's exclusive designs & lt; Br / & gt; 15 Nautilus and envelope & lt; / P & gt; & Lt; Span style = "text-transform: uppercase; font-size: 12px;" & Gt; Just £ 6.95 & lt; / Span & gt; & Lt; / Div & gt; & Lt; / Li & gt; & Lt; / Div & gt;
