Displaying percentage in Y-axis of Highcharts column chart -

I have a column chart that is similar to this one. I want to display the percentage on the Y-axis and do not count. Calculations should be displayed at the top of each bar. I do not want to calculate the percentage on the server side. I want to get it from the counting values. Please help
