Error connecting to Google Cloud Storage: 'missing project id' -


When I try to access Google Cloud Storage, I get the following error: 
  GSResponseError: GSResponseError: 403 Forbidden End Lt ;? XML version = '1.0' encoding = 'UTF-8'? & Gt; & Lt; Error & gt; & Lt; Code & gt; Accessible & lt; / Code & gt; & Lt; Message & gt; Access denied. & Lt; / Messages & gt; & Lt; Details & gt; Missing project id & lt; / Details & gt; & Lt; / Error & gt;   
 I have the correct project ID specified in the .botoconfig file, and I have access to / write the bucket that I am trying to access.   
 
 
 You may need to run  gsutil config  & amp; Name your project - which will automatically genetize your ~ / .boto file.
