cordova - Mobile cross-platform development -

I have to develop an app for Windows 8, Windows Phone, Android and iOS platforms. So I hesitate between PhoneGrap Cordova and Setach Touch.

I have seen that PhoneGrap can use HTML5 and the army is just Javascript because I'm not really a web developer, it may be easier to learn the HTML5 framework from a full javascript.
