matrix - R: How to plot ONE boxplot from TWO matrices of difference lengths? -

I have 2 metrics The first thing is:

  [1,] 0.236644700 [ 2,] 0.194627400 [3,] 0.177236000 [4,] 0.131116300 [5,] 0.103220600

The second matrix is:

  [1,] 3.722219 -01 [2,] 3.212364e-01 [3,] 3.112315e-01 [4], 3.078721e-01 [5,] 3.023402-01 [6,] 2.9 9 626-01 [7,] 2.939100-01 [ 8,] 2.860793-01 [9,] 2.7 9224-e 01 [10,] 2.778401e-01. Both matrixs are really huge they are here I have these two matrix I want to get a boxplate. Then on a box plot two boxes will be on. I have a vector name that holds the names of these boxes where:
  z = c ("SNP", "CNV")

And I want to plot a box on the box plot to label the box. I tried to use the boxplot-matrix () function, but they could not work because they are the matrix of different lengths ...

This boxplot (m1, m2, name = z) . As is simple.
