python - Joining 2 dataframes on a specific column with IDs -


I have 2 dataframe (panda / dragon) - see image. I am trying to combine Data Frame 1 and; 2, to create Data Frame 3, joining the 'Record_ID' column.

How to use any thoughts pandas
