ruby on rails - Delete production.log -

I use capitrons in my NGNX server for Rail Project. My project runs entirely in my development machine but the browser says "Error 500" in the output server, I tried $ NANO log / output.lag to check the error, and I Got it, but I deleted this file, and now, the server calls the same error but I do not see > production.log , now it does not show anything wrong.

My deployed rb

This could be wrong, but every time I saw error 500 on Rail App, was due to the problem of an encoding (UTF-8 / ASCII).
