python 3.x - Package Control no module named package_control.add_repository_channel_command -

I have updated Git to the latest version of package control for Sublimetext 3, but none of the commands work Does the menu items still exist, are weird enough when I open the log with Ctrl + `, I see this error:

  importError : 'Package Control. There is no module named' package_control.add_repository_channel_command '  
 How do I get to work it again? Do you know?   
 
 
 Apparently package control  .sublime-package  file is old, and In this situation, a dragon module has been referred to which has been moved to a different Python package ( package_control  to  package_control.commands ).  
 This is easily  installed package / package control.
