asp.net mvc 4 - Is MS Multilingual App Toolkit campatible with Windows 7? -


I would like to use the Microsoft Multilingual App Toolkit in an MVC 4 application.
I have followed the suggested steps in the article, but I can not build this project.

This error message has failed with: '' file obj \ debug \ es \ LanguageTest.resources Dll "because it was not found." No. Using .xlf file for neutral languages.

Reading on Microsoft says: 

  Supported platforms Windows 8 32-bit Windows 7 SDK 8.0   
 Then Windows 7 Is not everyone consistent with? This means that I can use Toolkit in a normal MVC web application, even if it is manually set up in a web project (as shown in the blog of Daman)?   
 
 
 Multilanguage app toolkit is not supported on Visual Studio integration Windows 7. Toolkit XLIFF only supports Windows 7 for the editing experience.
