iis 7 - Page with Directory Browsing enabled does not return file list, only 404 File not Found -

I'm trying to turn on directory browsing for a specific folder in my website, but there is nothing I did not find a 404 page which always gives the page.

IIS7 is running with a Kentico CMS7 site.

Folder Location www.sample.com/Public/FolderIWant

I can access files in FolderIWant successfully, so there is no wrong url problem.

I have enabled directory browsing through the IIS7 UI for FolderIWant and disabled the default document feature with the removal of the default documents listed there. I have enabled directory browsing as well as directory browsing in any public folder.

So far everything I've read online tells me that it should have been done to do directory browsing for a folder.

Any help working on it will be greatly appreciated!

Enter the "/ public / folder event" directory in the deprecated URL in Kentucky. This is done in CMS site manager - & gt; Settings - & gt; Select Site - & gt; URL and SEO - & gt; Excluded URLs Otherwise URLs are treated as part of the CMS content which is not found.
