Can't install libv8 3.11.8.17 in Rails on Windows -

LIVE 3.11.8.17 GEM can not be installed I already saw and found that although it does not support Windows Am I still looking for an alternative solution? I do not try to use thermbreser, and honestly do not know what gem is dependent on libv8. Installing Python 27 and installing Pat was nothing. Can I do anything other than changing platforms? Or maybe there is an alternative solution with v8.dll which I do not understand?
