Microsoft Outlook [ Content-ID Field in Source Missing ] -

I noticed that for some attachments in Microsoft Outlook, the source (under the view source ) attachment For a content-id in other cases, the Content-ID will not appear.

A Google search does not return many results regarding this problem.

When does the content-id get an attachment in the Outlook source?

It all depends on the incoming message. If there is no Content-Aadder header in any received message, Outlook will not be included in it.

If the content-entry header is not set, the HTML file corresponds to the IMG reference based on the file name.
