php - How to get session variable resides outside kohana inside application? -

I have a page that stays outside Kohana which has a few session variables, and I have another page inside Kohana Those session variables that want to use but I'm not able to get those session variables using the Koe Session session. Is it possible to get those session variables from within Kohana? If so, what configuration settings do I need to change? I am highly appreciated with your help
