Simplepie not returning a specific feed -

I have simplePie running on my website. It works for all RSS feeds and try the sites made by those users:

The return is empty.

I do not see anything different from all the other feeds.

I was hoping that someone might have a suggestion, to see the reason / fix

The problem is a distorted URL and rule = cat = News ~ Subject = All Maybe and rule = & amp; Cat = news and subcat = all / html>
