When I create a new VirtualAnv, if I install Django in a new environment, then it is different but what will happen If I am inside a virtual ANVV and I have nothing with Python in MXS and ISSL or such packages, should the emacs and mysql packages I have installed or only one virtualEnv be separated?

Only Python packages installed inside virtual environments are different. System packages are not.
