I have applied a PDF reader on iOS one of my users sent me a file for which text extraction is not working , And it came to be known that it refers to the base of the name "courier new", which is not one of the standard "base 14 fonts" required by the PDF device; But some software (like Apple's iBook) treats it as the nickname of the courier.
Can someone tell me in an authentic list of such aliases, or is it something you learn from experience special cases?
