Distributing media query emails through Exchange without Outlook 2007 -

I have a problem We have designed some beautiful, responsive email templates that work on mobile / , But it includes MSO conditional to work out Outlook on exit, the customer now claims that they can send only through an exchange-based mailing list. Ouch
