css3pie - pie css not working on anchor tags -

I am using pie css to add border radius to elements but it will be on anchor tag in my main navigation not working. Except that anchor works on all elements. Here is the CSS -

 I used jquery.corner.js which provides range of range but removes limitations .   
 
 
 You must add postian: in relation to IE specific stylesheet in your main stylesheet No. ..  
 
 Make the position of the target element: Relative, or  
 Make ancestor element position: Relative and give it z-index.
