objective c - How does Audio Hijack Pro capture System Audio on Mac OS X -

I think the audio uphicks pro requires a component that is called "instant on" so that the system audio Could capture. But I can hardly find anything about "Instant On" from Google, no one knows this? Any sample code can do this?
