Hello I have a vertical UICollectionView that works just fine, but the Laser object is barely visible and you have to scroll Pan To be able to see it completely, when you stop panning the item, you can bounce back from the back and you can talk almost with it.
I have tried to view a scrollview in the interface builder with bounce properties in the properties of the archive, but it is still the same.
Should I increase the contents of scrollview "manual" to interact with this item?

Just an estimate here, but maybe That your navigation bar is in your UICollectionView below "Are you certain that the frame of UICollectionView is correct? It may be turned off the screen.
