php - how to start xampp in windows safe mode -


I can start my Windows (probably virus) and I do not start xampp

I can startup just by using safe mode

p <> I need backup my database

How do I backup my code to safe mode

I search in google I can not find anything

When I start xampp in safe mode, I see this error 

  Error: Apache service did not start [-1]
