jquery - Main changes moving from website/webapp to Hybrid Mobile App (PhoneGap) -

I'm taking my website from a webapp to a hybrid app (to get it to the App Store). WebEp uses js, jquery, and kendo UI for logic. Besides the additional features which are going to reach the original API on the phone, which are not clearly on the webpage, what are the main changes in the search for I.

There is another way to ask me this question In technical terms, what is the main difference between code for a webpage and code for a hybrid app coded in PhoneGap?

Looking at it yourself, the biggest thing to try to get an app in AppStore is That you will face the user interface

Apple is too strict about them, so a hybrid app that does not look like any original app will be rejected. In addition, since they are very strict about their user interface guidelines, if you can change the user interface after acceptance (say, because your app only mirrors a webpage), they will refuse to come to you.

There are some great advices in Andrew Tries (the creator of phonegap) of ADO.

He goes into a good amount of detail, but in big things, he talks about the application to avoid rejection:

  • In the "ecosystem" Feeling of a user experience "<"
  • Mobile Web offers experience
