I am currently working on Widows 8 Metro App Tablet Edition. In the .appmanifest file in my package, I have selected rotation supported as a scenario. When the device is being placed in portrait mode, the iamam launches. Part of the second splash screen is coming in portrait mode and then it has been changed in landscape.
How can anyone solve this problem due to this problem I have to face other issues.
You can add your custom splash screen if your app supports only Landscape, Splash screens can appear in the landscape by manually adjusting the image to load.
Another option may be to create an expanded splash screen. In this way, you can reveal your splash screen to say, a second or so.
