I'm running signin on Windows 7, set up correctly with environment variables (as far as I can tell I am).
When I do this, gcc-java is displayed:
cygcheck-c .. gcc-core 3.4.4-999 OK GCC-G + 3.4.4-999 OK GCC-Java 3.4.4-999 is OK & lt; --- GCC-Amingv-Core 20050522-3 OK. When I call
GCC-Java , I get no command error. In the
C: \ cygwin \ bin the
GCC-Java is not a binary, yet it claims to be installed (attempted to reinstall) I
GCC->
binary; The compiler has been named
gcj . BTW, you want to install
gcc4-java instead; This provides a more recent version.
