Installing scipy on windows 7 x64 python 2.7 32bit -

I have a hell of a time setting up that installs SPP. I have tried to use Anaconda, and I have tried to compile only from source that there is no support due to some mengw or Fortran issue or something like that for Python 2.7.

Is there any way of madness?

What is the easiest way to move forward?

I want to do some functions using scipy.stats.t

EDIT: I want to finally run Sigwin in Python, myscript. Py & gt; Output.txt & lt; Data.txt I got it to work in powershell, but there is no input / output redirection in powerhell ... any suggestions in such pain comments would be appreciated I think I am doing it wrong .
