Self referencing in conditional formatting (Excel) -

I have a long formula for conditional formatting that works perfectly well if I use cell signaling like < Code> R4C3 . But the problem is that I have a big table and I want to apply this room to all cells. When I replace INDIRECT (ADDRESS (ROW), COLUMN ()) with R4C3 I get an error, what's the problem with this type of reference?

As you can see that I use the R1C1 style, I do not know, maybe this is the problem?

Just use rc as the reference itself
