https://docs.google.com/feeds//private/changes API is returning 404 errors -

The API endpoint described here is not working:

This It seems that this API is returning the endpoint 404 errors, it works when the user-id is the default, but not otherwise.

Please use Documents List API v3 as a query / value as v = 3 by adding

  https://docs.google.com/feeds/default/private/changes?v=3   
 or < Adding code> GData-version: 3.0  to your headers.
