Page tells me what I can do with the rabbit plugins tool but I can not figure out how to use the plugins tool itself Have to install. I think rabbit-server and rabbit do not say anything, so how do I install it? I am currently running {Rabbit, "RabbitMQ", "2.6.1"} and I have not installed the server so I do not know how it was installed.

Apparently the plugin tool was started from 2.7 . For 2.6.1, I think we need to copy the plugin files to the plugin folder. Unless anyone can confirm otherwise.
