html - Why do some webpages have jerky rendering -

Please note that the search bar first renders near the top of the screen. Then align yourself in front of the people. I think some CSS rules are creating this but I can not understand. Can you please help me in identifying the reason? To avoid / reduce this behavior, what should be avoided in code.

This almost aways occurs when you have a CSS rule to block which is the last overwriting The good thing is to block the first thing in the CSS file and Every time you need some space or get a specific size, you should go to the blocking section of your code.

But the most engaging part of the site that you show is that time load a fancybox css file.
