I have been found in the GTUb dot STK 500 v1 and V2 protocols in Android, allowing the upload of headxo files in this protocol gives. In this case, my purpose is to upload the hex file to Arduino mega.
There are no protocols for the tools and I have read the source code but I do not know how to use this code, the Android project is a sample but it is for STK 500 V1 .

We did not complete the STK500v2 protocol because using Arduino Uno STK 500v1.
