urlencode - Converting url encoded strings into plain text with ruby -

I am writing a script to remove the search term from the URL, but I need to make them human and many of them From the YouTube encoded ones, the characters in them were thinking that something in Ruby was created in a gem or function so that it could be converted into plain text?
