web services - Is there a website which will send you an email notification when it is visited? -

Well, I'm not a developer and I want to find an already existing website (eg Mail.com) . When I go to the webpage:

wget 'mail.com/test@gmail.com' ,

will be the server Send an email to "Test@gmail.com" (any content is okay).

Does anyone know such a website / service?

I suspect that such a public website can be used for spam, and possibly : not available. But you can easily install a Pearl / Python / Ruby server on your local host which does this. See for example.
