I have just installed WordPress on a site, however, I have some standalone php files that analyze database data on the site Who now 404 return when trying to reach them.
For example:
www. Mywordpresssite.com / myscripts/myscript.php This gives a 404.
Here is my .htaccess:
# BEGIN WordPress & lt; IfModule mod_rewrite.c & gt; On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^ index \ .php $ RewriteEngine - [L] RewriteCond% {REQUEST_FILENAME} -f RewriteCond% {REQUEST_FILENAME} -d RewriteRule !. /index.php [L] & lt; / IfModule & gt; Is there any way to gain general access in the directory / file but without disturbing the existing functionality of Wordpress?
Thank you very much

Change your .htaccess file to < / P>
# BEGIN WordPress & lt; IfModule mod_rewrite.c & gt; ; On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^ index \ .php $ RewriteEngine - [L] RewriteCond% {REQUEST_FILENAME} -f RewriteCond% {REQUEST_FILENAME} -d RewriteRule !. /index.php [L] & lt; / IfModule & gt; & Lt; IfModule mod_rewrite.c & gt; Rewrite / rewrite convert to revertbase% {REQUEST_URI} ^ / myscripts/(.*)$ [OR] Remit Rules ^. * $ - [L] & lt; / IfModule & gt;
