javascript - tag not working -

I do not have javascript enabled when hiding some elements & lt; Noscript & gt; tag used; However, it does not seem to work.

My document declaration:

 At the end of my file I have typed the following:  
    
 But still #status div still exists after disabling JS, am I missing something here? << Div class = "post-text" itemprop = "text"> 
  scoped  to remove the  attribute> style  tag, it will  your CSS  & lt ; Noscript & gt;  is strictly enforcing the tag.  
 
 If this feature is present, then the style only applies to its original element.
