Can you setup an azure server to sync with a outside NTP server? -

I am trying to correct the flow of time which we are looking at in the blue servers mentioned in this Is anyone able to set up a blue server to sync with an NTP server outside an auction server? NTP uses UDP which I can read in blue which can be blocked in the thank you
