I want to add another form to the asset publisher's configuration.jsp page. Read the parameter called segmentation and specify all the contents with the same segmentation tag.
By seeing the public code of the asset publisher, I do not understand: 1. Where is the asset publisher reading the web content? 2. How can I read the content that connects to this new filter? (I want to apply a hook)

If you want to show content based on the tags assigned to it, then there is a configuration in the asset publisher. See screenshot below:
